Martin has been associated with Barry Allsuch & Co for 30 years and has been a Partner since 1992. On week day days Martin regularily puts in a ten hour day as he insists on having a hands on approach to all aspects of his busy rentals and management department. Martin, who is a trained accountant, is also in charge of the property management division which he is well qualified to do. He looks after numberous properties for landlords living in the UK and also overseas who rely and trust him to ensure that the tenants keep their property in a good state of repair. Martin is also the principal financial controller of the company and his passion for figure work can only be matched by his partner Barrys love of photography!
Martin is married and has lived in Edgware for many years. He has 2 teenage children who like Martin are passionate Arsenal supporters. Martin lists his pastimes in the following order. Off-piste skiing, travelling, swimming and listening to pop music and going to the cinema. Modest Martin was in fact a former professional film critic and lists amongst his favourite films Casablanca, Thelma & Louise, Convoy and The Pawnbroker starring Rod Steiger.

Firmly established as our Radlett Sales Manager and Associate. Paul has been in sales all his working life and very much enjoys dealing with the general public. He has won many plaudits who testify to his strong negotiating and communication skills.
Under Paul's tenure our Radlett office has achieved record sales annually and his mature advice to buyers and sellers alike carries considerable influence.
No greater compliment could be made to Paul's unique ability to see a deal through, however tough or sometimes impossible, when senior partner Barry Allsuch recently thought it appropriate to present Paul with the autobiography of Henry Kissinger as a birthday present. Adds Paul, ' I know that Barry considers Dr Kissinger to have been the greatest negotiator on the modern world stage and i was exuberant with such a generous gift from the boss.
Paul is married, lives in Radlett and has two grown up sons and 2 granddaughters. His pastimes include travelling, dinning out,, watching football at Tottenham and when time permits, playing golf.

Paul has come to Barry Allsuch & Co. having enjoyed a successful estate agency career in the competitive North London area for the past 20 years.
Tenacious Paul attributes his success to primarily to his hard working and professional approach and is now in his 5th year heading the Elstree Sales team.
Paul has infectious quick witted sense of humour which has seen him through a number of difficult negotiations. Says Paul, 'I look on a tough deal more as an obstacle to get round than an immovable mountain'.
Certainly Paul's sales figures reflect his possitive and highly professional approach to estate agency.
When not involved in estate agency (which is a rarity!) Paul still plays football competively and is a proud knowledgable Chelsea supporter. He lives in Bushey with his industry related wife and their four young children who are happy to enjoy dining out on Paul's well earned commission or sampling some of Paul's excellent home cooking, which is another of his favorite pastimes.

Laurie has now been working with Barry Allsuch & Co for over 5 years. His unique personality has won him many plaudits. He is a former employee of the year. His primary task is to enrole the numerous applicants at our Radlett office. He is also on hand to accompany buyers to our properties.
For many years Laurie was the proprietor of a well established florist in West Hampstead which he decided to sell prior to joining Barry Allsuch & Co.
Laurie, who lives with his wife, son and daughter in Borehamwood are active and long term members of Borehamwood synagogue.
He speaks fluent French and German (as well as English) and lists supporting Arsenal, playing badminton and weight training as his principal interests. Laurie is widely travelled and has seen many parts of the USA as well as the Far East.

Ian Allsuch

Ian has been with the company for 14 years and his principle role is that of making appointments. He tackles this task each day with enormous enthusiasm and can make anything up to 100 appointments each week.
He has also worked at our Elstree office and has a superb knowledge of the area. Ian is married and lives locally in Elstree Village.
His many hobbies and pastimes include Impressionist fine art, opera, ornithology, long distance swimming, badminton, watching & playing football and formula 1 motor racing. He once coached a mastermind finalist whose specialist subject was Arsenal Football Club and it was always a friendly debate which of the two were more knowledgable on the subject of their beloved football club..

Her positive hardworking approach to business is a constant shining example to other team members and Miriam will always finish a task completely without looking to the clock. Miriam speaks fluent Dutch, Hebrew and is also highly computer literate. Miriam, who has recently remarried, lives in Borehamwood and has 2 teenage children.
Her pastimes include travel (she likes to visit Holland - her mother country at least once a year) and ballroom dancing. Of interest is that Miriam's brother has been knighted by Queen Beatrice of The Netherlands in recognition of his many years as a reknowned world famous ballroom dancing judge.

Claire is the newest arrival at Barry Allsuch & Co and works at our Radlett office as secretary/office administrator. "When I was looking for a new secretary the main priority was high I.T. skills and Claire is really a wizard on a computer, although I have a back up company, Claire can usually solve a problem herself. She is also already a bright and chirpy team player. Claire lives in Carpenders Park and lists her hobbies as: Reading fiction, Computers, Movies and Socializing.
