May 2005: Natalie joins triumphant Arsenal Ladies parade

SHE may be quite some way from lining up for the country's top ladies football side, but young Natalie Allsuch had an afternoon to remember after taking part in a victory lap of honour in front of 38,000 adoring fans.

Natalie was accompanying her proud dad, ALFC sponsor Barry Allsuch, as the team celebrated Arsenal's first silverware of the season - the League Cup, won in a rip-roaring 3-0 victory against London rivals Charlton.
Arsenal Ladies need just TWO points from their last brace of games to clinch yet another top spot.

Barry Allsuch takes up the story: "Halfway round the hallowed Highbury turf I turned to the club's up-and-coming teenage forward - Lianne Sanderson - and asked if Natalie could hold the cup for a few moments.
"'Sure thing Bazza' quipped Lianne and in the blink of an eye there was Natalie hoisting the cup in front a packed stadium."

Young Natalie has tasted some of that glory - and now she's hungry for more: "It definitely has to rank among the top moments of my life, I'll never forget it," she beamed.

"It's helped turn me into a mad Arsenal Ladies fan (like my dad and uncles). Arsenal Ladies are the best in the country and there's so much going on at the club like local youth teams, its really exciting!"
