Our Senior Partner first established Barry Allsuch & Co. way back in 1977. He oversees all aspects of the business and particularly residential sales, land, investments and new developments.
He continually comes up with brilliant new marketing ideas to ensure Barry Allsuch & Co. remain the areas premier estate agents. He is also editor and principle photographer of Horizons (the unique Barry Allsuch & Co. property newspaper). Through his formative teenage years Barry’s burning ambition was to become a professional photographer which he achieved, with the help of an incredible lucky break, by his 18th birthday serving an apprenticeship with a leading London society photographer. By his 21st birthday he had become a freelance photographer specialising in still life and food photography. In 1973 he made the momentous decision to venture out into the property world although photography has always been his most passionate hobby.

From his experience of working in the fast moving photographic industry Barry learnt the art of synchronicity, namely being in the right place at the right time, and seizing the moment. When the opportunity arose in 1977 to open an estate agency in Radlett with his name over the door he took the chance and has never looked back.
With literally thousands of successful house sales behind him and his company, it is fair to say that the name Barry Allsuch & Co is now almost legendary. He is often known as the estate agent who put Radlett on the map.
Barry is married with 5 children and 5 grand-children. He is a lifetime Arsenal fan and in 2005 Barry Allsuch & Co had the honour of sponsoring Arsenal Ladies Football Club, click here. The following year Barry Allsuch & Co were invited to sponsor Tabard Rubgy Football Club. Barry is keen on all sports and is an enthusiastic and highly experienced skier, tennis, squash and badminton player. He is also a strong swimmer.
Barry keeps himself fit and motivated by working out at the David Lloyd Health & Leisure clubs, and has also been a member of Radlett Squash Club.
