Martin has been associated with Barry Allsuch & Co for 30 years and has been a Partner since 1992. On week day days Martin regularily puts in a ten hour day as he insists on having a hands on approach to all aspects of his busy rentals and management department. Martin, who is a trained accountant, is also in charge of the property management division which he is well qualified to do. He looks after numberous properties for landlords living in the UK and also overseas who rely and trust him to ensure that the tenants keep their property in a good state of repair. Martin is also the principal financial controller of the company and his passion for figure work can only be matched by his partner Barrys love of photography!

Martin is married and has lived in Edgware for many years. He has 2 teenage children who like Martin are passionate Arsenal supporters. Martin lists his pastimes in the following order. Snowboarding, off-piste skiing, travelling, swimming and listening to pop music and going to the cinema. Modest Martin was in fact a former professional film critic and lists amongst his favourite films Casablanca, Thelma & Louise, Convoy and The Pawnbroker starring Rod Steiger.
