Unlisted Property

On client instructions and for a number of reasons, certain properties Barry Allsuch & Co. are asked to sell are kept unlisted. For example, these properties do not appear on our websites, in our office windows, property listings or general marketing media.

Senior staff at Barry Allsuch & Co. will be happy to discuss these unlisted properties in a professional manner with suitably, discreet purchasers. It also works the other way, namely that Barry Allsuch & Co have an increasing number of unlisted applicants who again for personal reasons do not wish to have their names entered onto our general mailing list and again we invite applicants of this nature to speak to senior staff at Barry Allsuch & Co in the confidence that their enquiry will be treated confidentially.
